Daniel Murray born in Ireland 1807, settled in Clarion Co., Pennsylvania about 1831. Married to Margaret Everett. He died in Clarion Co. in 1874. He worked in the coal mines. His son James Murray was my g-grandfather. Daniel's original tombstone indicated he was of the Methodist faith. DNA anaylsis suggests his family was from Northern Ireland.
