Mary, her husband Robert Martin and their seven children emigrated to Canada (Simcoe County, Ontario) aboard "Argentenius" of the J & J Cooke line from Londonderry in 1859.
They were married in Ramelton, County Donegal on March 21, 1839.
Childrens' names, baptismal date and place as follows: Elizabeth 5 Feb1840, James 21 Sep 1842 both in Drumnaskea Ramelton/ Mary Jane 15 Sep 1846, Robert 5 Mar 1850, William Stewart 26 Aug 1853, and Andrew 25 Mar 1857 all in Aghnagaddy Ramelton. Their remaining child John was born 30 Aug 1848 but did not have any baptismal information recorded in PRONI.
There is a possibility that both Robert and Mary were born in Scotland.
