I checked the rishgenealogy.ie website for a marriage of a Daniel Daly son of Daniel Daly to a Catherine between 1910 and 1922 but no luck. Are you sure they married in Ireland? Did they have any children in Ireland pre 1921?

Thank you for your time.
I believe that 3 of his children were born ?1930 ? 1932 ? 1933 and other 2 born ? 1927/8 and maybe ? 1925/26.
I think that would mean the marriage was maybe around 1922 to 1924.

I did email the Catholic church in Brosna but never got a reply from them.

2 youngest are buried in the new part of the cemetery. Other members of the family would be in the older part of the cemetery.

Both unfortunately we're patients in the hospital for those with mental health problems in Killarney.

Hi Cathy

I found the marriage. Her name was Catherine Riordan and her father was Daniel Riordan occupation not recorded. They married on the 16 Feb 1926 in Brosna RC church see entry free to view on irishgenealogy.ie website

The witnesses were James Daly and Hannah Murphy.

Good morning.
Please can you help according to 1911 cenus. Hanoria Roche age 20 is a step daughter to David Daly from knockafrechaun knocknagasel brosna eire. I have no date when my great grandmother died only can see it was between 1901-1911 as he is a widower in 1911.
How and when did she become a stepdaughter
As I can not see or find that he remarried.
