Migrated to/Born in Australia
Born at Killan near Shercock and baptised on 27th Aug 1829 according to the baptismal register of the Chiurch of Ireland in Bailieborough. His father Samuel was living at Skeagh lake when he applied for a free passage to South Australia for his himself, wife and five sons in April 1839.
Thomas married Caroline Francis in Adelaide on New Years day 1856. The couple had nine children.
Thomas subsequently deserted his wife and family and disapears from the records.
