James McMullan/Mullen/McMullen (1810-1876) is my third great grandfather. I believe he was from Antrim because he was married in Down and Connor parish to Mary Jane McDonnell (1820-1869) on May 1st 1842. Their son Patrick was born in November of that same year and his baptism was Nov 26th 1842. They immigrated to the U.S. and arrived in NYC September 5th 1843 on the ship Ovande. They settled in Philadelphia where the rest of their family was born.
