Hello, I’ve been searching for information about my GGG grandmother’s family who lived in and emigrated from Queens County in the mid 1800s. I have found several documents in the US (marriage, death, birth) with Queens County listed as their place of birth. Some of the names I know are William Molyneaux (born approx. 1819), Margaret Molyneaux (born approx. 1820), Susan Molyneaux (born approx. 1842), Letitia Molyneaux (born approx. 1836).
Most emigrated to NYC, Margaret shortly thereafter moved to Ontario Canada where she married another emigre from Queens County (Ringstown) - William Taylor.
I found a tithe record for a William Mullineux from the town land of Glebe but other than that, I haven’t been successful in finding any others.
Any direction for finding more information about the Molyneaux family would be appreciated. Thank you!
