My 3x great grandfather Owen Tochel or as it would be possibly spelled in the early 1800's Tohel...I cant find any information about him apart from whats been recorded on his son Terence Tochel's marriage certificate as a deceased private soldier.
I found one record from the Irish Catholic Registers 1655-1915 that he and his wife Nancy Judge had a son in 1842 also called Owen..I have created another ancestor record for my 3x great grandmother Nancy Judge I have found some info regarding her she was born in 1816 and died in 1861 Ballinderry Antrim....I know she had 2 other sons My 2x great grandfather Terence Tochel and his brother Francis Tochel both came to Scotland probably in the 1860's after her death I'd imagine and lived worked and married there.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me find more information about great grandfather Owen Tochel I feel as if he is like a ghost because I know virtually nothing about him.
