Michael Mulvany Esq (1791-1868) was a Miller at Beakstown, Holycross, Tipperary. There are many records of him at Holycross. He married Catherine Luby (1807-1872) in 1836. Both Michael & Catherine are buried at Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin. They had 7 children, 2 being Nuns, Sr Elizabeth Mulvany (1837-1914) and Sr Ellen Cristina (Sr Mary Michael) (1841-1918). Two of their sons, Thomas (1839-1891) and Michael Joseph (1846-1919) came to Australia. Other sons John (b 1838) I only have his birth record and Edward/Edmund Joseph (1849-1930) was a Army Surgeon who died in Nice, France. The other son Patrick Joseph (1844-1850) died age 6 yrs in Ireland.
