Theresa's parents surrended their family to the Roscrea workhouse in 1848. Theresa and her two older sisters (Mary and Elizabeth) sailed on the Pemberton to Australia in 1849. She was 14. At aged 17 she married William Morgan in Geelong, Victoria. They moved to miners rest near Ballarat and had 12 children, 9 being raised to adulthood.

Thank you. The orphan database indicated that these could be her parents but have yet to find records of birth (baptism) or surrend at the workhouse to confirm. Found record of Mary's baptism in November 1835 but no other children.
