My 4 times greatgrandparent's (James Hyland and Catherine Delany Hyland) son John was born in Ballyroan in 1843 according to his marriage records. They immigrated to Oldbury, England during the famine. I believe they immigrated with two other families from the area - Owen Kealy and William Bannon. They were all Catholic and have been traced through the Catholic Church in England. I would love to share information with interested parties. Kathy Hyland
