Martin Madden, Offlay

Looking for information on Martin Madden of Offlay. Date of birth between 1800-1821, immigrated on the Ship Mariner from Liverpool to Boston Mass. A military record we believe is him shows that he served the 5th foot regiment, was discharged at age 22, covered dates 1838-1843. It shows on that his town as Eagley. He married Margaret Winn (Wynne) but have no idea where. Their first two children Anne & Catherine were born in Ireland (1828-1830) but we do not know where. Any information on Martin's birth place and date and perhaps a marriage record of Martin and Margaret would be wonderful. Thank you for any assistance you may have.
