When THOMAS JOHN Johnston was born in Calinafercy, (Kilcolman Parish) ,County Kerry. Baptized 20th January 1833. His father, WILLIAM, was 26 and his mother, ANN Miles, was 18. He had seven sons and three daughters with MARY JOSEPHINE O'Conner between 1858 and 1878. Died on March 1, 1907, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 74.
