Anthony Loftus born 1865 in Tourlestrane near Tubbercurry County Sligo. He had one brother and three sisters-Bernard (Barney) b.1866 ,Annie b.1868 , Bridget b.1862 and Honora b. 1863 . They emigrated to New Bedford Massachusetts USA in 1880s while Anthony went to the UK and settled in NE coal mining town Murton County Durham .
Anthony had nine children who all lived locally in Easington area of County Durham and had their own children.
I am his great grandson.
