At Croghan Petty Sessions. Roscommon, last week, Mr McDermott, an attorney, handed to the Bench a Molly Maguire notice served on him, threatening should he prosecute Rev. Mr Sweeny, a Priest, summoned for assault and trespass in the chapel when the pew of a parishioner was thrown outside the edifice.
