Born around 1827 and went to New York around 1843. Married John Edwards, lived in Brooklyn and first born child was George Edwards born in 1845. Family moved to Upstate New York in Essex county and husband, John became a miner there as was his son, John Edwards. Last known mention of Mary is in 1865 Census. John was a widower sometime after 1865 and then married Rebecca Kelly who was born in 1830.
