Estimated date of immigration. Her daughter, my great grandmother, Margaret Aloysius Murphy was born at sea July 16, 1864.
Some Census reports have Margaret's place of birth as Nova Scotia and others "at sea". Family stories indicate it was "at sea".
Tombstone states she was 80 years old. She died February 11, 1913.
