Mary/Maria Dillon nee Flynn was born in or around 1860, possibly in Tralee although this is unproven. In 1884 she was living in London where she married Patrick Dillon of Listowel. The marriage certificate of the young couple stated that Patrick was a "horse-trainer" as was Mary's late father Patrick Flynn also of Tralee. Mary and Patrick had three son's Joe, Bernard and George before Mary died in 1893 just after the birth of George. The burial site of Mary is unknown. Any information about the Flynn family would be very gratefully received as the family remain an enigma.
