I am looking for any information about a Mr Burton, probably John Burton, from Newport. He was my greatgrandmother's second husband and their marriage would probably have been soon after 1878.
My grandmother's maiden name was Mary (or Kathleen/Kate) Fitzgerald and her first husband was an O'Dwyer (probably John or James).
At the time of my grandmother's marriage, she had three young children (a daughter, Kathleen, and two sons, James and John). The children were born in 1872, 1875 and 1878 respectively.
